Weekend crime round-up

According to information received, the following crimes were reported to Brakpan Police over the weekend (June 26, 27 and 28):

Friday

A business, situated in Boundary Street, was broken into. Cash was stolen.

At the corner of Elliot Street and Escombe Street, a business was broken into and a computer screen was stolen.

A housebreaking occurred in Witpoortjie Road and another in Gladstone Avenue. Two TV sets, a DVD player, disco lights, a wine cooler, cellphone, laptop and a camera were stolen.

Two school pupils walking together from school were robbed of cash and a cellphone at the corner of Victoria and Forest streets.

Saturday

A housebreaking occurred in Hannah Street and another in Augrabies Avenue, Dalpark.

Curtains, blankets and a TV set were stolen.

Sunday

A car parked in Recreation Road, Anzac, was broken into; tools and an inverter welder were stolen.
