Show off your beautiful garden
The Van Rhyn Lions Club is planning to host a garden open day, in Brakpan, on February 6 and 7, next year.
Residents who have a beautiful garden, of whatever size, and would be willing to show it to visitors on the above weekend are urged to make contact with the organiser.
A meeting will then be arranged and finer details will be discussed.
On the open garden days, the Lions Club will ask for a donation of R25 from people to visit all the gardens on show.
The proceeds will go the The Lions, an organisation which supports the elderly, children, the underprivileged, sight and hearing impaired people and safe parks.
