Weekend crime round-up
A vacant property along Winterberg Street, in Leachville, was robbed of taps, electrical wiring, DB boards and a basin.
According to information received, the following crimes were reported to Brakpan police over the weekend:
• Friday – Jewellery and cash were stolen during a break-in at a property along Wenden Avenue.
A white Polo was stolen from an address along Hospital Road, in Brakpan North.
A business situated along Elsburg Road, in Dalpark, was burgled of a laptop and cash.
• Saturday – A silver BMW was stolen from Carnival City.
Two burglaries were reported.
A vacant property along Winterberg Street, in Leachville, was robbed of taps, electrical wiring, DB boards and a basin.
A laptop and handbag, containing personal documents, was stolen from a home along Prince George Avenue.
• Sunday – A toolbox was stolen from a vehicle parked at an address along Station Road.
