WATCH: Resident trashes council over non-collection of rubbish
Brakpan resident Dougie Douglas dumped some of his rubbish bags at the Brakpan Civic Centre this morning (Friday).
Refuse collection in Brakpan has recently been hampered by broken trucks.
More recently, it has been alleged that there is no diesel for the trucks that are in a working condition.
Douglas left the Brakpan Civic Centre to go to Germiston, where he was going to dump more rubbish outside the office of the Ekurhuleni mayor.
