A raid at the Plastic City informal settlement is currently underway in an effort to clamp down on undocumented immigrants.
The joint operation is being conducted by the EMPD, SAPS and immigration officers from the Department of Home Affairs.
Liquor and illegal mining equipment has also been seized.
