Get trained in self defence
The free self defence class will be held in the hall at Laerskool Dalview.
Residents can learn how to defend and protect themselves on Saturday at a free self defence class.
Presented by Bryan and Sharon Coetzee, from Warzone Self Defence, Shawn Hefer, from the Brakpan Aikido Centre, and the Brakpan and Tsakane Constituency of the Democratic Alliance, the class will be held in the hall at Laerskool Dalview.
The presentation will run from 9.30am to 12.30pm.
Participants must bring along a towel or yoga mat.
Laerskool Dalview is situated along Venter Street.
