Bad weather put a halt to what seemed like a good day for Brakpan Rugby Club at Bosman Stadium on Stadium on Saturday.
Brakpan’s first team was 14-3 up at halftime against Roodepoort in a friendly game when lightning stopped the game.
It was a good day for Brakpan as all their teams looked impressive on the day.
The local club’s second team won 33-5 after leading 21-5 at halftime.
The U21 side beat Roodepoort 29-0.
