Spay outreach is a success

Psalm 91 Soul Recovery and Pet Community Outreach held a cat and dog spay outreach on September 28 in Brakpan.

Sixty-five animals were spayed in the RATA social services offices along Park Street, to help impoverished pet owners who cannnot afford the vet fees of spaying procedures.
