Brakpan Pool club competition is a blast

Brakpan Pool Club held an open competition on October 27, at the Royal Oak Country Club, with 16 players competing for the top spot.

The competition was a 16-man double life tournament, for which the entry fee was R200.

The first-round losers could enter a secondary competition for an additional R100. The ladies were sponsored.

Aron Donohue took first place with seven wins and a final game against Laaiq Daniel, who won the runner-up position with five wins.

Shawn and Christy Raper took first and second place respectively in the cup division.
