The Brakpan SPCA has saluted the community and local businesses for supporting a food drive in its aid.
Held at SecurElect in Dalview on Saturday, the drive also saw a visit from popular TikToker Chuck Kaaswors.
“The charitable spirit of EG Garments, the Vroue Landbou Unie and the community was evident in the generous donations of dog and cat food,” said SPCA manager Tamaryn Lombard.
The auction of two special plush toys created by EG Garments further benefited the SPCA.
“The Brakpan SPCA is profoundly grateful for the remarkable display of support. We cherished every moment,” added Lombard.
She thanked those that made the day possible, namely SecurElect, Chuck Kaaswors, EG Garments, Rosetulee, Danie VDW Musiek, and K&I Mini Donuts.
