Felicitas School’s annual fête opened with a queue a block long waiting at the gates on Saturday morning.
With bargain prices, a wide selection and fantastic food, the fair was a roaring success. Each year, the school opens its gates to the public to visit various classrooms filled with toys, homeware, ornaments, books, plants, games and more.
This year, there was a station for face painting, and the usual jumping castles and train for the little ones.
Food included samoosas, pancakes, and vetkoek.
The event was fun for the whole family. Children especially enjoyed the toys, games and face painting rooms while parents tried to spot bargains in the linen room.
