Outstanding ID application resolved with help from local councillor
After an ID application delay stretching back to April, a mother finally received help.

I would like to commend Freedom Front Plus PR councillor Riaan van Zyl for the help with the process concerning my mother’s ID application, which had been outstanding since April.
Without his help, she would not have been able to resolve the issues with her SASSA grant or complete the necessary bank verification for the grant.
