The people who receive their medication simply remove it from the packaging and the boxes and pill bottles are thrown on our pavements and in the street.
I have to regularly clean-up the mess. Surely it is not too much trouble to just place the packaging in a dustbin or dispose of it at your house.
The town is becoming a huge trash can.
