Oval drivers gear up to wrap up the season

Drivers will be all out to wrap up the season and try to win the 2018 Club Championships in the final event of the series.

The Rock Raceway will come alive again on November 10 when all the fan favourite oval drivers get together to hotfoot around the 400m circuit in various disciplines.

A host of oval saloons classes will also be racing including the 1600 stock rods, 1660 modified saloons, two-litre hotrods and super saloons.

Circuit owner Tim Stephens drifts his Nissan Skyline R33 at the Rock Raceway.

Open wheelers will include the Ninja karts (for children between six and 12 years old), 125 karts and midgets.

High-speed action from the Formula N circuit cars will keep you riveted to your seats as the saloon car drivers jostle for positions around the tricky race circuit.

With plenty of chicanes and tight corners overtaking it can be hair-raising at the best of times but also extremely entertaining for the crowds.

Gates open at 10am and racing starts at 4pm.
