Swing into action for Tweedy Park Old Age Home
Whether you're a golfer, sponsor or simply want to make a difference, there's an opportunity to support Tweedy Park's security upgrade.
Juava Pet Food, in partnership with Sweet Basil Catering, is hosting a golf day on November 5 in support of the Tweedy Park Old Age Home to raise funds for a much-needed security upgrade.
The community is invited to join in for a day of golf, fun and fellowship while supporting a worthy cause at the State Mines Country Club.
The event offers an opportunity for golfers and businesses to come together and make a meaningful difference in the lives of the elderly residents.
Registration starts at 10:00, with the shotgun start at 11:15. The competition will be played in a better-ball scramble format.
A four-ball package includes two golf carts, goodie bags, prize-giving and dinner. Businesses and individuals also have the opportunity to sponsor a hole and show their support.
Those who are unable to attend the golf day but would still like to contribute are invited to make a donation. Every contribution, big or small, will help towards improving the safety and security of the residents at Tweedy Park Old Age Home.
For more information, to book a four-ball or to enquire about sponsorship opportunities, call 078 587 7525.
