Local powerlifter at Africa arm curl championships
The local, well known in Brakpan for slap fighting and power lifting, is set to face off against several African countries in Durban.
Pieter Vorster, a Brakpan local known for slap fighting and powerlifting, is headed to Durban for the South Africa Strict Arm Curl Federation’s Africa arm curl championships, starting September 25.
Athletes from South Africa, Kenya, Nigeria, Egypt, Namibia, Cameroon, Ghana and others will be represented at the competition, where lifters will demonstrate their strength and control.
