Carnival City goes Super Sweet with 24th birthday car mania promotion

The excitement culminates with the final draw on October 29.

Carnival City is celebrating 24-years since first opening its doors and the grand curtain drop of the Big Top Arena in 1999.

Driving the excitement as Carnival City celebrates their Super Sweet 24th birthday are giveaways worth R3.8m in cash and 10 car draws in the Car Mania promotion until October 29.

For the first time, the casino is giving winners the option to choose their prize – a choice between a Polo Vivo, Toyota Starlet or R200 000 cash.

Selloane Maleme, from the East Rand, was the first winner in the Super Sweet 24 Birthday Car Mania giveaway on September 2, opting to take the cash.

She was very excited and did not believe her choice of briefcase would lead to winning the vehicle.

On September 9, NM Manganyi became the second winner, who was overjoyed to drive away in a blue Polo Vivo, as she had been in the market for new wheels for some time.

Ten cars are up for grabs, the biggest number of vehicles in any promotion in the past decade, according to Carnival City general manager Annemie Turk.

“There will be weekly car and cash draws to the grand car giveaway. Punters can earn points and claim draw tickets to participate in the exhilarating draws held every Saturday,” she said.

The excitement culminates with the final draw on October 29 where there will be cake and celebrations throughout the complex.

“We are inviting our guests to celebrate our birthday with us, they are part of our Carnival family,” said Turk.
