Khutsong unites for youth empowerment and HIV awareness at Lepharo Centre

Khutsong residents gathered at the Lepharo Centre on June 18 for a powerful health and empowerment event hosted by the Build-A-Life Foundation in collaboration with the HIV/AIDS Office.

Under the theme “Because a future free from HIV is built through opportunity, education and support,” the event featured talks on HIV awareness, mental health, entrepreneurship, and gender-based violence.

Community leaders, including Merafong Mayor Nozuko Best, emphasized youth development and support services.

The event marked a renewed commitment to tackling unemployment, abuse, and health challenges through unity and collaboration.
