Carletonville Round Table kicks off busy year with new leadership and community initiatives

New chairperson Desmond Erasmus leads fundraising drives and events to support local seniors and blood donation efforts

The Carletonville Round Table is gearing up for a busy year ahead under a fresh leadership team. Desmond Erasmus has taken the reins as the new chairperson, supported by Bradley Hall as the vice chairperson.
The group has already hit the ground running, recently hosting a successful off-road riding event to Parys that attracted nearly 280 participants.
Scheduled for March 27, members are selling boerewors rolls to raise funds for food socks to support local seniors. The Round Table will also be supporting the SANBS blood drive. To encourage donors, members will be cooking prego rolls to give to the first 50 people who donate blood. Anyone who wants to find out more can contact Shaun van der Merwe on 082 475 8805.
