Armed robbers again targeted a chain store in the Carletonville CBD this week. This crime took place on March 27. The manager (38) and staff of the Pep Home store were busy with routine tasks just after opening at 09:00.
Suddenly, five unknown men walked in. One of the thugs, who spoke isiZulu, pointed a firearm at the staff and demanded Samsung cellphones.
They stuffed the phones into two bags and also grabbed money.
The robbers then ran out, jumped into a white Toyota Corolla, and raced away.
