Community members gathered for the event, which began with an opening prayer led by master of ceremonies “Di PongPong”, followed by a welcome address from community leader Mr Matshidi “Papa Ghetto”.

The programme included speeches and motivational talks by local guests, including Mr Patrick Mbira, who encouraged residents, particularly the youth, to strive for a better future.

Entertainment was provided by a lineup of local artists, including Blaq Throne, Dollar Thugs, Mzezekeke, Don Carlo West and Crew, Syder, and Vibration Taylor. Local DJ Mosquito kept the crowd entertained with music throughout the day.

Residents expressed their appreciation for the celebration, saying it showcased the unity and togetherness of the community during a peaceful and uplifting gathering.
