Blyvoor plagued by house robbers
The police in Carletonville are investigating three criminal cases.
A group of residents of the Blyvooruitzicht area went to the Carletonville Police Station on September 20 to seek help from dangerous attackers.
Residents of 14th Avenue Welverdiend, Bambi Street, and 35th Avenue in New Village complained that there is a Blyvoor resident and his accomplice who allegedly robbed them.
The thugs, one of whom is armed, apparently target residents staying in back rooms rented out in houses.
The three incidents, for which the residents opened house robbery cases, took place on September 20 and August 22.
The cases are being investigated by the police’s trio task team.
