Big soccer trials in Carletonville next week

Local soccer players can show off their skill at these trials.

Local soccer players will soon have the chance to impress an international scout when French visitor Toufik Khirat travels to Carletonville on November 7 and 8.

Organiser Sam Ndlovu from the OweSam United club arranged the upcoming trials after connecting with Khirat through a shared football contact.

Although the FIFA licensed football agent was originally scheduled to visit in September, the trials had to be delayed because Khirat had to travel to the United States on short notice.

Ndlovu is a former professional soccer player, and his club currently holds training sessions at Carleton Jones High School on Mondays and Fridays.

Anyone wanting further details about the club or the trials can reach Ndlovu by phone on 079 381 3241.
