RANDEOR High School hosted its annual Open Day on September 5 and 6 and welcomed parents, learners and potential learners to view the school and its facilities.
The day included words of welcome, a prayer by the head boy and head girl and a gumboot dance by learners. A speech by Mrs Vosloo followed and guests were taken around the school to see different skills development programmes offered by the school.
Parents enjoyed a cup of coffee and then listened to a speech from the deputy principal. Application forms were handed out to all at the end of the day.
The aim was to showcase the values, skills and learning opportunities offered at the school. They day was held to attract pupils who are more skills orientated to join the school which offers a basic learning programme in subjects including Math, Science, English and others.
