Funds generated from the golf day helped Cause4Paws to settle some of their bills

Cause4Paws runs mainly in Jackson’s informal settlement, catering for animals which are in dire need of medical attention, food, and blankets.

SOUTH Downs Country Club Ladies Section hosted a Charity Golf Day on August 21 in Kibler Park in aid of Cause4Paws headed by René Parker.

In most cases, the animals assisted by Cause4Paws have been abused.

Funds generated from the golf day helped Cause4Paws settle some of their bills.

Cause4Pause is grateful for the donation of dog food received.

Cause4Paws also received 360kg food from High Performance Feeds and a fence to prevent the sick or injured dogs from getting out from their kennels.

Lynette Powell, ladies captain of South Downs Country Club, said she would like to thank everyone who participated.
