Motorists are advised to avoid N12 West near Comaro Road in the Bassonia area after three suspects were arrested this afternoon, September 22.

According to Donavan du Toit from FOX Security, the suspects were apprehended after stealing a vehicle in Kempton Park.

“FOX Security and SAPS intercept the suspects on the N12 highway at the Comaro Street off-ramp. Two vehicles are recovered, and all three suspects are arrested,” said du Toit.

The suspects will be held at Mondeor Police Station until they are formally charged. No injuries or fatalities are reported.

Du Toit added that the swift response helped prevent further criminal activity in the area.
