Scheduled power interruption at Eikenhof substation
About 12 suburbs will be affected by the power interruption.
City Power wishes to notify its customers of a power interruption at Eikenhof substation which is scheduled for November 17.
The interruption will take place from 08:00 to16:00 affecting the following areas: Naturena, Naturena Ext 25, Southfork, Comptonville, Rispark A.H., Naturena Ext 20, Alan Manor, Mayfield Park, Kibler Park, Naturena Ext 21, Naturena Ext 19 and Naturena Ext 7.
The interruption is necessary to do maintenance work on their network which is part of their programme of constantly striving to provide a better service.
As the supply may be restored at any time, customers are urged to always treat their electricity supply points as live.
