Donate your previously loved blankets to JSPCA

Johannesburg SPCA appeals to the public to urgently help them with blankets for their animals.

They do not want fancy or expensive blankets, just something clean and warm to help keep the cold out.

Liana Marx from Johannesburg SPCA said the ideal blankets are the grey ones with a white stripe.

They are hardy and last, but the underfelt carpets get ripped in five minutes, and the animals swallow the pieces.

Drop off your donation at the Johannesburg SPCA on weekdays or Saturdays between 08:00 and noon. For more information, contact the JSPCA on 011 681 3600.
