Share the warmth: Help Angels Baby Sanctuary this winter
This winter, help those who need it most by sharing the warmth and the love.
As the temperatures drop and winter sets in, Angels Baby Sanctuary is calling on the public to open their hearts and lend a helping hand.
This safe and loving home in La Rochelle looks after 12 vulnerable babies who have been abandoned, orphaned, sickly or abused, and they need your support now more than ever.
The sanctuary has launched its ‘Share the Warmth’ winter campaign, running from June 1 to July 31, with a fundraising goal of R18 000.
Donations will go towards essential items like warm clothing, blankets, nappies, baby formula, fresh food, medicine, and gas refills. “It’s going to be a dark and cold winter,” said campaign organiser, Mathapelo Madiba. “But with your help, we can make it a safe and cosy one for our little ones.”
Even the smallest donation makes a difference:
• Gas refill: R367
• Nappies and formula milk: R500
• Fruit and vegetables: R300
• Medicine supplies: R333
• Complete cosy package: R1500
