Marist Brothers Linmeyer wins top netball award
Great teamwork and strong spirit helped Marist Brothers Linmeyer netball teams shine at the festival.
Marist Brothers Linmeyer is proud to celebrate the outstanding achievements of its netball teams at the recent Saheti Winter Sports Festival.
The U13A team delivered an exceptional performance, finishing in first place in their division. The U12A team also impressed, ending the tournament as runners-up after several tough matches.
The school received the festival’s highest accolade: Best Overall Netball School. This was awarded from among 18 participating schools across all age groups.
Marketing manager Tracy Edwards said: “This award reflects the dedication of our players and coaches. We are incredibly proud of our teams for showing such spirit, teamwork, and determination.”
The school extended its thanks to all players and coaches for their commitment and sportsmanship. Their success is a testament to strong teamwork and mutual support.
