Shoppers and staff at Builders Gleneagles were treated to a heart-warming surprise when the famous JOY Dogs, affectionately known as the iconic Dulux dogs, visited the store for a special meet-and-greet event.

The lovable Old English Sheepdogs drew excited crowds from the moment their fluffy paws crossed the entrance.
Families gathered throughout the store, delighted to interact with the dogs.

Their appearance turned an ordinary day of hardware shopping into an unforgettable community moment.

Owner, Sue Green, expressed her gratitude: “It’s always such a joy to see how people respond to the dogs,” she said.

During the visit, Sue shared fun facts about grooming and daily care, much to the amazement of onlookers. Many visitors were surprised to learn just how much brushing is required to maintain the dogs’ signature fluffy coats, a task Sue handles with patience and affection.

“They bring so much happiness wherever they go, and I’m incredibly grateful to Builders Gleneagles for inviting us. Watching shoppers’ faces light up truly reminds me why we do what we do,” added Sue.
