“I want to encourage all players here today to pursue chess as a hobby or as a profession. Chess helps you develop many skills as a strategist, a player, and a person. My motto is, sometimes we win, and sometimes we learn,” said Kajol.

Participants engaged in two game sessions.

Through this unique blend of chess and human rights awareness, Turffontein Primary School fosters an environment promoting critical thinking, strategy, and social consciousness among its young participants.
