WATCH: Joburg South fitness event draws crowds to Southern Marathon session

Coach Loraine Ndlovu unites instructors from across Gauteng for high-energy workout at Southern Suburbs Recreation Centre

Fitness instructors descended on Southern Suburbs Recreation Centre on March 21 for the Southern Marathon Fitness session.

Organised by coach Loraine Ndlovu, aka Coach Lolo from The Red Beat, the event saw scores of fitness fanatics going through their paces at the hall, with coaches coming from Soweto, Krugersdorp and Joburg South.

Ndlovu said they worked with the province and the city. She thanked everyone who participated and acknowledged the success of the event. “The only limits you have are the limits you believe,” She said.
