THE organisers of the FNB Joburg 10K CITYRUN have announced a whopping prize purse of R250 000 for the third annual event that will take place on National Heritage Day, September 24.
Prize money has been allocated to the top 10 finishers in the open category, male and women. The winner of the 2018 FNB Joburg 10K CITYRUN will take home an impressive R30 000 prize, while the second and third place finishers will take home R17 000 and R13 000 respectively.
The top three finishers in the junior, 40-49, 50-59, 60-69 and 70+ categories will take home R3 000, R2 000 and R1 000 respectively.
