Judokas perform well at Judo competition

Valhalla MMA Fitness Centre judokas recently participated in the Gauteng Judo Open Competition held at WITS University.

The following judokas did extremely well and displayed good judo techniques, earning the following medals:

Champion, Willow-Bella Mitchell received gold while Joe-Cole Kalil, Zohann Lubbe and Memphis-J Pollard also received gold.

Zander Woest was awarded with silver and Tristin Kalil, Leila-J Pollard, Joano Lubbe walked away with bronze.

If you would like to join Judo classes which are held at the Valhalla MMA Fitness Centre in Alberton on Tuesdays & Friday’s from 18:30 to 19:30 and in Bassonia on Mondays & Wednesday’s from 17:30 to 19:30.
