Crestview Primary girls excel in soccer

Crestview Primary girls make history for the school

On May 17, the Crestview Primary School girls’ soccer team participated in a soccer tournament held at Bryandale Primary School in Bryanston.

This was the first time the girl’s soccer team had ever participated in such an event, and they won the tournament.

The best player in the tournament was C Smith, and the Golden Boot award went to N Molepo. Both students attend Crestview Primary School.

This was a historic occurrence for the school and all the young female soccer players involved.

Coach Brandon Links spoke about the pride he felt after the win. “It is an amazing moment for all of us.”
