Local soccer sensation Michael Khanyile scores a big sponsorship

Michael had an outstanding season in the Senior League Football Association and he is prepared to do more in the next.

Michael Khanyile, the rising star of the Senior League Football Association, Division One, has just landed a major sponsorship deal with global sports giant Puma.

The talented player, who had an outstanding season with 22 appearances and four goals, has also been rewarded with Puma’s latest soccer boots, the Ultra 5 Carbon.

Khanyile’s impressive performances have not gone unnoticed. It has also attracted the attention of top local clubs in the Hollywood Bets Regional League including AFC Randburg and Bryanston Warriors FC.

His skills on the field have also earned him the opportunity to rub shoulders with former Bafana Bafana internationals Teko Modise and Bongani Khumalo.

“It feels inspiring and fulfilling to have come this far and how the people have received my talent. It shows that God is good,” said Khanyile.

“Scoring the four goals and playing in many provisions has been the highlight of my season. It was challenging but the outcome is inspiring.”

He said he attributes his success to all the hard work he has put in and making sure that he is focused on the goals he has set for himself. He added that receiving a nod from the top local club was the cherry on top.

“It was also a beautiful moment when I met the former players of the national team. I really enjoyed it and what I learnt from that experience is that these are just normal human beings like myself, who have been blessed on the football field and worked hard to be where they are.”

Khanyile is brimming with a number of strategies to make the most of his sponsorship. He said that his current standing is a reflection of his dedication and perseverance, and he is resolute in his commitment to channel that same drive into honing his football abilities to unprecedented levels with the support of this sponsorship.
