Print Exclusive: Family confined to their home as five-year long sewage leak continues to flow

Primrose East residents long for an end to their sewage leak nightmare.

As the days get hotter, many residents are looking forward to spending more time in their gardens, soaking up the sun and enjoying being outside.

But for Primrose East resident Margaret Azera Cunningham-Werrett and her family, this is not the reality, as they are forced to stay indoors as raw sewage flows through their property from an ongoing sewage leak.

The main source of the leak is a manhole found right behind the family’s Quince Street home.
