Smiley Kids Elspark held its year-end concert and gala dinner on Wednesday. The main characters of the play entitled East, West, Home’s Best were played by Nelisiwe Mphulo (6), Paballo Stevens (6), Keitumetse Motsoane (6) and Gugulethu Tjiane (6). They were full of big smiles and excitement for the concert.
Mbalenhle Motsoane (mom of Keitumetse who played Mama Quincy) and Verentia Schmulian (backstage production) enjoyed the children’s performance.
Tables were decorated to different themes and this one was themed Wizard of Oz and used green juice to depict the Emerald City.
