Karatekas invited to tournament
The African Full Contact Karate Organisation (AFCKO) invites full-contact members and stakeholders to an AFCKO annual tournament at Thokoza Auditorium on May 26.
The tournament, which will include competitors from SADC countries, will start at 8am and run until late in the day.
Shihan Thulani Sibisi, the founder of AFCKO, said anyone who is a full-contact karateka is invited to the tournament. “The tournament has become popular to most of the provinces in this country,” said Sibisi. “They are looking forward to the next tournament each and every year.”
He said countries like Zimbabwe, Swaziland and Namibia have confirmed they are coming. “We are still expecting more countries to confirm. This year will even be better than the previous years. Do not miss out,” said Sibisi.
