Primrose police tackle dagga problem.

The Primrose police arrested eight men, between the ages of 22 and 42 years, for different cases of possession of dagga, in the Primrose area, during a weekend dagga raid, recently.

“We will keep on arresting people on the wrong side of the law,” said Const Styles Maome, communications officer for the Primrose police.

“We want Primrose to be a dagga-free zone.

“It is because of this dagga that we have so many other cases, like thefts, rapes and robberies.

The men have appeared at the Germiston Magistrates Court.

“Some were remanded in custody and others were warned by the court,” said Maome.
