ADT officer Sekgotla Boraga apprehended a man involved in a business robbery, in Wadeville.
It is reported that four men broke into a truck repair workshop in Ketton Road, Wadeville.
They gained entry to the workshop through a window, which triggered the alarm.
This is when ADT dispatched Boraga, one of their reaction officers, to the scene.
Upon his arrival Boraga notice three men standing outside the business premises and, as he approached them, they fled.
Borage suspected that there might still have been someone inside the workshop and asked the owner to open the premises, so he could investigate further, and he found that there was, indeed, a man hiding inside.
Borage apprehended the suspect and handed him over to the Elsburg SAPS, to face charges of breaking into the business.
Clive Humphrey, managing director of the ADT central region, said: “We would like to send our congratulations to Officer Boraga on his arrest.”
