Police talk about their calling

The Germiston SAPS were asked to visit Laerskool Delville last Wednesday, as the Grade Two pupils were learning about careers and chose the SAPS as their career subject.

WO André de Jager and Const Queen Sibeko spoke to the children about a career as a police officer.

de Jager explained the daily functioning of the SAPS to the children at Laerskool Delville.

“The children enjoyed the career briefing tremendously,” said de Jager, the spokesman for the Germiston SAPS.
