Police rid the streets of crime
Primrose SAPS work hard to combat crime in the area.
Thirty-eight people were recently arrested by the Primrose SAPS.
They were arrested for various crimes, including common assault, assault with intent to cause grievous bodily harm, possession of suspected stolen property, possession of drugs, housebreaking and theft, trespassing, pointing a firearm, interfering with police duties, bribery and corruption, theft, contempt of court, rape, drunken driving, soliciting for the purpose of sexual immorality and being drunk in public.
Most of them appeared in the Germiston Magistrates Court, while others paid admission of guilt fines.
“The management of the station thanks everyone who contributed to these arrests, including the EMPD; this indicates that together we can make Primrose crime-free,” said Sgt Styles Maome, communications officer for the Primrose SAPS.
