Valuation roll to be maintained

Metro appoints contractor for maintenance of valuation roll.

The metro has appointed Ndlala Mass Valuations Services to undertake supplementary valuations of the current valuation roll for 2013-2017.

These supplementary valuations will include new townships, newly completed buildings, subdivisions and consolidations.

The municipality, therefore, appeals to residents to cooperate with the company representatives by granting them access to their properties.

For security reasons, residents are advised to always request identification before granting the representatives access to their property.

As a form of identification, they will be carrying identity cards bearing the Ekurhuleni logo, and these will reflect telephone numbers that can be contacted for confirmation.

They will also be wearing Ekurhuleni branded T-shirts.

Their operating hours will be from 8am to 5pm on weekdays.

For more information residents can call 011 999-4384, 011 999-3575, 011 999-3504 or 011 999-3561.
