Crime never takes a break

The Primrose police had a busy week from February 24 to March 3, with the arrest of 58 people.

The suspects were arrested for the following crimes:

•  Assault GBH: 4

•  Common assault: 2

•  Possession of suspected stolen property: 2

•  Possession of dangerous weapons: 3

•  Possession of counterfeit DVDs: 1

•  Murder: 2

•  Reckless and negligent driving: 2

•  Theft: 7

•  Driving under the influence: 7

•  Drunk and disorderly in public: 9

•  Illegal immigrants: 19

All the suspects appeared in the Germiston Magistrates Court.
