Looking to assist other animals in need

The Germiston SPCA is appealing to the community to help ease the suffering of the animals in the outlying regions of Virginia and Welkom.

The suffering of people and animals in these struggling towns seems to be a trend shared by all in the current economy, and the animals are always at the bottom of the food chain.

SPCA Welkom and Virginia is desperate for:

• Dog and puppy food.

• Cat and kitten food.

• Blankets.

• Bowls.

Items can be brought to the Germiston SPCA, in Junction Road, Driehoek.

When you donate, please let the staff know if your donation is intended for this cause.

All donations will be transported to Virginia and Welkom by S and S Transport.
