Angela Guerreiro, a new resident in the Primrose Hill area, brought a strange occurrence taking place in the area to our attention.
“I have noticed that, at least once a month, the gutters/storm water drains smoke,” she said.
“I have spoken to several people in the area and no one seems to know what could be causing the smoke.”
Other residents in the area have speculated that it might be homeless people trying to keep warm by means of a mini fire.
The GCN asked the metro to investigate this matter but, at the time of going to press, no answer had been received.
