Violent Numsa strikers went on the rampage on Wednesday, damaging a business in Driehoek.
Pan African Shopfitters was attacked by a mob of approximately 300 strikers.
Michelle Nunn, human resources practitioner from Pan African Shopfitters, said: “They were not prepared to talk to us, even though we tried to interact with them.
“They just shouted that they are not talking.
“This was purely malicious damage to property.”
Nunn added that the matter has been reported to the Germiston SAPS and a case opened.
“We are very disappointed in the Numsa members,” she said.
“At this stressful time, you would think that Numsa would ask their members to show some restraint and follow the correct procedures.”
