The Primrose police recently arrested two men, in separate incidents, for the possession of drugs.
The first man, a 25-year-old, was arrested in Windsor Road, on Friday, August 8, as part of a routine patrol in the area.
Officers noticed the man acting suspiciously and stopped to search him.
They discovered two small plastic bags containing a white substance, which was later confirmed to be drugs.
The man was arrested and transported to the Primrose Police Station.
The second man, also a 25-year-old, was arrested during a patrol in Jupitor Road, on Tuesday, August 12.
The man was searched by police in similar circumstances to the first.
Officers, again, discovered a white substance wrapped in plastic and arrested the man.
Both men appeared in the Germiston Magistrates Court and both cases were postponed for trial.
